Terms of Use

Terms for using Texric Studio Web safely and responsibly.

These terms govern the Texric website, application interface, account features, and Texric Pro subscription.

Effective date

These terms take effect and were last updated on 23.09.2026.

  • Last updated: 23.09.2026
  • Service provider: Sedat Erbek (Texric is the brand and product name)
  • Business address: İsmet Paşa Mah. Bülent Ecevit Cad. Palmiye 1 No: 8 C İç Kapı No: 14, Kapaklı / Tekirdağ, Türkiye

1. Scope

These terms cover the Texric Studio Web website, application interface, account features, locally stored or account-linked project records, and related communication channels.

Texric Pro may be offered both to individual users acting outside a trade or profession and to professionals or businesses acting for commercial or professional purposes. Whether a purchase is a consumer transaction depends on the purpose of the transaction and applicable law.

Mandatory rights of users purchasing as consumers remain unaffected. A user acquiring Texric Pro for commercial or professional purposes is not treated as a consumer merely because the user is an individual.

2. Accounts and Security

Creating a Texric account and purchasing Texric Pro are available only to persons aged 18 or older. Texric does not offer a separate registration or purchase flow based on parental or guardian consent for persons under 18.

When creating an account, you must confirm that you are at least 18 and have read the current Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate, current information and are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

If you notice suspicious access, unauthorized use, or a security issue, contact support@texric.com.

3. Use of the Application

Texric Studio Web supports pattern, weave draft, threading, color planning, fabric preview, and technical output preparation. Texric Pro also provides cloud records, AI-assisted design, and Showroom mockup previews. Outputs depend on the data and settings selected by the user.

Technical reports, colors, densities, and weaving settings must be checked by the user before production.

4. Intellectual Property

Rights in the Texric Studio Web brand, interface, software, visual elements, and documentation belong to their respective rights holders. Rights in design content uploaded or created by a user remain with that user.

To provide services requested by the user, the user grants Texric a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive processing license to store, back up, technically reproduce, render, transform, and display the user's designs to the user. This license does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights and is limited to processing necessary to provide the service.

When the user expressly starts an AI design operation, only the design request and data needed for that operation may be sent to the OpenAI API. Where a transfer contains personal data, applicable KVKK and GDPR requirements must be met separately; the transfer is not treated as legally ready for live use until the stated Article 9 KVKK compliance blocker is resolved.

User designs are not used for advertising, sale to third parties, Texric's independent commercial use, or model training. Data sharing for OpenAI API model training will not be enabled. Technical service providers may receive access only to the extent necessary to provide the service and under applicable data-protection obligations.

The end of a Pro subscription does not by itself end this license; during Free access and the minimum 12-month data-protection period, the license continues only to provide those services. Following an account or data deletion request, the license ends when lawful deletion and mandatory-retention processes for the relevant designs and copies are complete. Data retained under a mandatory obligation is not processed for new production, advertising, model training, or independent commercial use.

Users must upload and use only content for which they have the necessary rights. Texric does not claim general ownership of user content.

The application's source code, interface, and brand assets may not be copied without authorization, used for reverse engineering, or supplied to third parties.

5. Prohibited Uses

  • Using the service unlawfully, deceptively, or abusively.
  • Attempting to bypass security controls, gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
  • Accessing another person's account, data, or design content without permission.
  • Using the service to distribute malicious code, spam, or automated abusive traffic.
  • Misrepresenting the Texric brand or interface.

6. Subscription and Plans

Texric Pro is offered as a monthly, automatically renewing subscription in Türkiye and in other countries where Paddle supports sales and payment acceptance. Availability in a country depends on Paddle-supported territories and payment methods, sanctions and compliance checks, and other applicable restrictions.

The initial list price is USD 6.00 per month. Paddle calculates and displays the supported local currency, applicable taxes, and final amount before purchase confirmation. The price, currency, and tax information shown in Paddle Checkout are the final terms for that transaction.

If the price of an active subscription will increase, the user will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. The notice will state the current price, new price, currency, effective date, and an easy cancellation link. The new price will not apply before the notice period ends, and no retroactive additional charge will be made for the current billing period.

If mandatory law in the user's country, Paddle rules, or an applicable user-consent requirement imposes a longer notice period or stricter process, those requirements will apply. Active subscription prices will not be changed until the applicable notice and consent requirements have been verified.

Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record selling to the buyer for payment, tax, and invoicing. Paddle's buyer terms and privacy notice may also apply to the payment transaction and buyer-seller relationship. Sedat Erbek provides and develops the Texric service and is not represented as Merchant of Record for the payment transaction.

Pro access begins after payment has completed and the subscription is verified server-side. Texric's 14-day full-refund policy for the first subscription payment, described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, is an additional contractual policy separate from statutory withdrawal and other mandatory consumer rights.

If a renewal payment fails and Paddle marks the subscription as past_due, Pro access is retained for 7 days from the first verified failed-renewal date. Later payment attempts for the same debt do not restart that period. The user will be notified of the payment failure, the end date of the grace period, and how to update the payment method through Paddle.

If payment succeeds during the 7-day grace period, the subscription returns to normal Pro status. If payment remains unsuccessful at the end of the period, Pro access ends and the account returns to Free; Paddle's payment-recovery process may continue, and Texric does not cancel the subscription solely for this reason. If payment succeeds after the grace period, a verified Paddle event restores Pro access.

If Paddle cancels the subscription or completes payment recovery unsuccessfully, Pro access ends; the 7-day grace period does not reactivate a canceled subscription. A failed first subscription purchase is outside this renewal grace period, and Pro access is not granted until the first successful payment is verified server-side.

If the subscription is canceled, Pro access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. The next automatic renewal is stopped and the account returns to Free at period end; access is not terminated immediately upon cancellation.

When Pro ends, existing cloud projects, saved weave drafts, and saved colors are not deleted and are retained for at least 12 months. They are not automatically deleted when that period ends; a longer-term retention or deletion policy will be established separately.

A user returned to Free may view existing work and export it in supported formats. New cloud records and Pro-only editing are subject to current Free plan limits. If existing data exceeds a Free limit, the data is not deleted; only creation of new records is restricted. If the user subscribes to Pro again, Pro access to the existing work is restored.

The user's right to request deletion and applicable data-protection duties remain unaffected. If deletion after a retention period is introduced later, no automatic deletion will occur without advance notice and an opportunity to export the data.

Subscriptions and cancellations may be managed through the customer portal or by contacting support@texric.com. Refund terms appear in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Service Changes

Texric Studio Web may develop, modify, or temporarily suspend features, the interface, plan scope, or technical infrastructure.

A material change to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or scope of an active subscription will be notified to active users by email at least 30 days in advance. The notice will include a summary of the change, its effective date, links to the current Turkish and English texts, and any applicable cancellation or objection rights.

The 30-day advance notice is not required for editorial corrections or technical updates that do not affect user rights. An urgent change required for security or legal compliance may be implemented earlier to the extent permitted by law, with users informed as soon as reasonably possible.

If mandatory law in the user's country requires a longer notice period, separate consent, or additional rights, those requirements will apply. Binding terms of an existing subscription will not be unilaterally displaced merely by sending a notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but is not promised to be uninterrupted, error-free, or guaranteed to produce a particular manufacturing result. Users must verify outputs before professional use.

For commercial or professional users, Texric's aggregate liability for contractual claims that may lawfully be limited will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the total amount actually paid by the relevant user for Texric Pro during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the loss.

If the relevant user made no payment during that 12-month period, Texric's liability will not automatically be reduced to zero. Any applicable liability and limitation in that situation will be assessed under applicable law.

This limitation does not apply to intent, gross negligence, liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable data protection law, other obligations that cannot lawfully be limited, or applicable mandatory rights. Liability arising from a personal data breach is not treated as automatically unlimited solely because of its nature; whether it may be limited will be determined under applicable law.

The mandatory consumer rights of users acting as consumers are not limited by this section.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

For a remediable breach of these Terms that does not involve an urgent security risk or unlawful activity, the user will receive an email notice allowing at least 14 days to remedy the breach before a restriction is imposed. The notice will clearly state the reason for the breach, the corrective action required, the deadline, the restriction that may apply, and the method for objection or contact.

If the breach is remedied within the stated period, the account will not be suspended on that ground. If it is not remedied, Texric will apply a restriction proportionate to the nature and severity of the breach and as narrowly scoped as reasonably possible to achieve its purpose. Permanent account termination will be treated as a last resort.

If there is an urgent security risk, fraud, serious unlawful activity, or a threat to other users or system security, a necessary and proportionate restriction may be imposed without advance notice. The user will be informed of the reason and method of objection as soon as legally and safely possible.

Failed subscription payments are governed by the separate payment and subscription policies. The end of Pro access does not automatically delete the user's account or designs.

During a suspension, the user may view existing designs and export them in supported formats unless access must be restricted for legal or security reasons. Account termination and data deletion remain subject to the data-retention provisions in these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and relationships arising from use of Texric are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to conflict-of-law rules and mandatory provisions that must apply.

For users purchasing Texric Pro as consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions and non-waivable rights in the user's country remain unaffected. This choice of law does not remove or limit protections the consumer must receive under applicable law.

Paddle's applicable buyer terms may govern the payment transaction and buyer-seller relationship carried out through Paddle. This section does not alter Paddle's Merchant of Record role for payment, tax, and invoicing.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes relating to Texric are subject to the generally and specifically applicable rules on jurisdiction and competent authorities, without prejudice to each party's rights under applicable law. No exclusive court or enforcement office is designated for commercial or professional users.

Consumers retain the right to apply to competent consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts, and other competent authorities under applicable monetary thresholds and jurisdictional rules.

Paddle's buyer terms and support or dispute processes may also apply to disputes concerning the payment, invoicing, or transaction relationship handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. This does not limit a consumer's mandatory complaint or court rights.

13. Language Versions

The Turkish text is maintained as the primary reference, while this English text is provided to international users as an equivalent contractual version. If an inconsistency arises, the versions will be harmonized so that they convey the same meaning.

This language arrangement does not remove or limit mandatory consumer rights in the user's country or terms presented to the user at purchase that are binding for the relevant transaction.
